These Atom Micro Photoelectric smoke alarms are beautiful and very small! I have been after my husband to purchase smoke alarms for some time but to no avail - so I decided to do some research and purchase them myself. This product had good ratings. I wanted something small but didn't realize they would be this small! We have decorative ledges above all of our doors that stand very tall so I was able to put them on those in some places rather than screw them to the wall. I will be purchasing three more for other areas of the house. My husband was so impressed with them as well!
