We recently were hit by lightning shortly after purchasing them,we hope customer service will help us after this event & Mike from c-s asked me to send him the units...we just missed.. last Thursdays call tags or returned merchandise forms or whatever is supposed to be on its was for us. We will keep you posted as to how well we are taken care of we wrecked the wires on one of the units removing themto get at the camera.

Bought this camera about a month ago. Best security camera I have ever had. Easy to set up and the video is amazing for such a low cost camera. Night vision is some of the best I have seen . I give this a thumbs up for anyone looking for a good low cost camera to monitor out side and in. Thanks First Alert. We went through several other systems and sent them all back. Quality was cheap and the quality control was even worse.
