Needed an approved bracket for marine application in our 1964 Classic Matthews Flush deck wood boat. Brackets are correct for the extinguishers I had purchased from another store but only came with the simple hook. New marine brackets fit the extinguishers and are correctly as well as easily installed. Great customer service thank you!

Extremely sturdy mounting bracket. I mounted it on the wall of my Toyota Tundra truck bed. It keeps my fire extinguisher tight to the truck bed but readily accessible in an emergency. Highly recommended!.

These work great. The opening at the top is a little small but the band holds the extinguishers firmly in place. Great product, well built, easy to mount.

August 17, 2012Doesnt Fit the FE2A10 I have!
I am VERY disappointed with the product! I have a genuine First Alert FE2A10 extinguisher, S/N JC-00018255, that is a few years old. However, the bracket that I just received, which is advertised to fit my extinguisher, DOES NOT fit it!! It fails to reach around and connect correctly by about an inch and a half! Therefore, the bracket is USELESS TO ME! I went to the First Alert Store, and paid a huge shipping cost, because I THOUGHT that you would sell a product that fits your own equipment!

The BRACKET5 should fit First Alert extinguisher Skus: FE2A10GR, FE3A10GR, and FE3A40GR. We do not see on the site that the FE2A10 (without the GR) is mentioned as compatible by First Alert. If you are finding that this is incorrect, please call the First Alert customer care center at 800.323.9005. FirstAlertStore.com is a reseller of this product and not the manufacturer. The above fire extinguisher models should work with this mount according to First Alert.
